Status: online 		Anyone with a DX18 running 2 sensors in their jet? I am trying to use altimeter and speed. On my screen and ipod module, I am only getting altimeter and showing 0 for speed. I have speed (port 1) into altimeter (port 2) and alitmeter into data port telemtry module. Where is everyone putting the pito tube on their jet anyone?

Ditch the two sensors and get the GPS unit instead. The GPS will give you speed, current and max. Altitude, current and max. Heading, and current GPS coordinates. After you land the plane and turn the receiver off the radio will retain all the readings till it itself is turned off. I have been flying one in my Skymaster Dragon for a couple of months and really like it.
Only one unit and no tubing or pitot tube to mount.

BVM makes a pitot tube mount that goes on the side of the fuse if you decide to still go that route. DreamWorks carries them also.

Going to Va jets in June?
