We have the Swiss scheme in stock and it can be seen in Houston.

It is a lovely little airplane. Very cute and flies very nicely on a P-60 or a good 90 mm to 100 mm EDF...

Note that the basic version ( for EDF ) does not have rudder. These can be ordered as an option and are required for the turbine version as per AMA regulations if I am not mistaken.

Status: offline 		Here are some pictures of the eScorpion. I am really impressed with the quality of the layup and build on it. The airframe is incredibly light, yet rigid. All of the formers have continuous glue lines all of the way around the bulkheads where they make contact with the skin and a nice fillet on both sides. The quality of the wood is excellent. The Swiss scheme really fits this airframe well just as it does on the bigger turbine Scorpion and Super Scorpion. I will weigh the components later and post the results on this thread. I do have this one in my shop in Houston, so come by and check it out if you are local. I guarantee that you will be impressed.

Wing with retracts, struts, wheels and brakes installed - 2 lb 3.2 oz.
Fuselage with vert. fins, stabs, nose retract, strut and wheel - 3 lb 13.4 oz.

you used.

Status: offline 		The retracts are spring air and the struts are Behotec. They fit the wheel well cutouts perfectly.

Status: offline 		Thanks. I ask because I'm scratch building one, just a little larger. WS=52"-Length 61.5" I have the Spring air 102HD's. A little bigger wheels for grass, 2 1/4" nose, 2 1/2" mains. It's kind of a cross between the E model and the turbine version, only working off a drawing. It's not exact, but you know it's a Scorpion!! The weights were also appreciated.

Are the inlets already installed? Will the 'turbine' version have different/no inlets?
