I have done a lot on modifications to my Mini-Z. My first Mini-Z was a Beetle because of price and now it has a Model Car Body (Dodge Viper). My first hoppup was Bearings and an External 2BRO from NML. But I needed more. I have a total of around $250.00 in to it to make mine worth abound $370.00. But I am still missing a few upgrades. Now I have another one that I bought for $40.00 and done only one thing to it so far. I have done an internal Turbo upgrade 4X2.

So what did you do?

Its fun, small, but costly. Also weighs the same or a little lighter. 1:28 scale about 6 1/2 to 7 inchs in length. My intent when I first saw this was to buy one and fully upgrade the hell out of it. I didnt care that it was going to cost me a lot of money. My Viper is not for sale. Its my baby. It was my first and about half of it has aluminum alloy upgrades. The upgrades are
Topcad Ball Bearings
External Turbo by NML called 2BRO
Topcad Aluminum Bulk Head (Blue)
Topcad Aluminum Battery Clips (Blue)
Topcad Aluminum Motor Mount (Blue)
Topcad Aluminum Differential (Blue)
Topcad Aluminum Antenna (Blue)
Topcad Aluminum Wheel Nuts (Blue)
Topcad Aluminum Knuckles (Blue)
Topcad Aluminum Tie in (Blue)
RCRM Rear Roll Shock Set (Blue with Green Springs)
Carbon Fiber H Plate
Nickle Metal Hydride batteries and charge (Rayovac)
Revell Model Car Dodge viper modified to fit
Custom made Body Posts
Custom made Body Clips

I still need a Motor, Blue Chassis, Aluminum Rims, and Mosfet chips for internal turbo. Then it will be complete and fast as hell. When I get this all done I am hopping for a Mini-Z to go around 50 mph, if not, faster.

Now I have been working on my Mercedes. Like I have stated it has 2 stacks or 4 Mosfet chips for an internal Turbo. Currently I am working on the body, which is a Revell 93 Mustang Cobra. Currently unemployed I have no money so upgrading is put on hold.

Kyosho makes a Mini-Z Overland. It's a truck or something like that, its 2 wd with shocks all around. Its the same size as the Mini-Z Racer (my cars). Also Team Losi is produceing an 1:18 scale truck now called Mini-T. Go here for more detail. http://www.teamlosi.com/kits/mini-T.htm Here are a couple of pictures of the Mini T. Also the last pic is the Kyosho Overland and here is a web site as well. http://www.kyosho.com/cars/kyod27.html

I have a brand new motor waiting to go into either my Mini-Z-F1 or Overland. I'll probably put it in the F1 and then swap it into the Overland later since I've taken that one off road and chase my two cats with it (as well as run it away from them). Then there is the simple matter of tires. The Losi mini-T is next on my list. Is anyone coming down for the Mini-Z Cup in November?

The next thing that I am doing the Mercedies is that I am making a 93 mustang model car into a car body for a mini-z. Oh yah, I forgot to add a hospital bill the the total of my viper. Add about $300 more to it and 7 stitches. I am calling my viper "Stitch".

Here is the body and its all most done. I need to drill some holes, add an internal antenna, make the body post, make body clips, and make an extened O Plate.

Here are a few pics of the finished product. I redisigned the body post setup by adding a new feature. I disigned the rear posts so that if I wanted to use a different body I could. So what do you think?

My first upgrade was ball bearings. The list now totals over $500 in parts on both my Z's and more still to come.

The first and only mod thus far to my Enzo was taping on a wireless camera. I removed it after driving it a few times. The video was kind of different.
