I would like to power my crazy max with li-po it is flying great(for me) on the stock 370 geared motor with 8 720 NImh and 10 A ESC . would like to use same ESC and motor but increase flight duration(ave 6-8 minutes now) any sugestions as to cell count/type for li-po power??

A 2-cell (2S1P) pack of Etec 1200 or Kokam 1500HD cells will be lighter, and give you approximately twice as much duration.

Be sure to familiarize yourself with the proper care and feeding of LiPolys, as well as the risks involved, before you buy. You can easily ruin a very expensive battery. LiPoly cells can and have started fires when they're not treated properly.

You'll love 'em, just be careful.
