I bought a electric power boat, seat twister, comes with a stock motor.
It's my first rc boat.
I 'm using 3000nmh, 7.2v batteries,6cells.
How can i improve my boat performance ?
My speed controller is week, it's the original one, only has on/off!
It's better to put 8,4v batterie and update the engine, can i tune up my engine?

If anyone has this boat or similiar i would to trade some tips.

Status: offline 		This boat looks like a Kyosho Jet Arrow, or Viper, how big is it?,,, I would say to use 7cells, & choose a 550 size motor, either a 23turn Titan (Traxxas e-max motor), or a Kyosho 22turn Magnetic Mayhem motor, or a Trinity 17turn Monster Maxx motor (this one u can advance the timing on- its adjustable),,, any of these will bolt right in, give you more torque (power), & run cooler then most. The microswitch is just fine, leave it in there, & leave it alone, unless u wanna spend alot of money on a speed control. Once u have the boat awhile & u get proficient at driving, u may wanna put a 700 motor in it & 12cells, for more speed, u will need a different or homemade motor mount, & a new coupling (because the motor shaft is 5mm) but, u can use the same microswitch for this setup also.
