Nice!! The top on your cabinets, did that come with them or did you add that?

I made them.....counter top also......and if you look really closely....you can see not just one fire extinguisher....but one at each 'entry/exit' point....both the side and rear door areas..easy pleazy access to them at all times....one just never knows....and being a volunteer fireman, they were the absolute first thing installed permanently inside the trailer....

Where did you get the cabinets you installed. They look perfect for what I am planning to do.

I made those cabinets and the formica work top also.....a sharp router bit will trim it up smoothly and perfect if you use a guide fence to keep the distance exact...

Just a little update on my progress for my friends here on RCU. I really like the super trac for the floor to hold things down. I just ordered some more for the upper shelves. 2 gallons of semi gloss white is keeping things brite inside. Thats alot more than I thought it would take. I need to figure out where all the small parts will go now. I guess I wont know what to do with my spare time when this project is done. Oh yea, build planes and fly.

i wish i could by a trailer but unfortunately i wont be able to drive with it. i live in the city and roads are not large, plus i dont have space to park it .
the motor is a 0.75hp with a reduction gear 1/10. and a controler . bed can go out in 20 second at full speed .

Could you give more information on the "super trac" on the floor? Google searches for super trac do not point to any sort of cargo rail system.

i created the system from A to Z , there are some pictures of the rail during the process that can be found on ( https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10150232655560175.467677.638975174&type=3 ) .
it was custom made for this van and can be installed on any vehicle or trailer ( off course by customizing the rail ) .

The bottom of my trailer has a slim slider in it that holds two 50 cc airplanes on it. You can pull it two thirds out of the trailer for easy access to the airplanes. The tray is low profile, made from aluminum, with ball bearing rollers and catches. He drilled and chamfered tie down attach points in the side rails for me. It is intended for use in RV storage bays. He custom makes them to whatever size you want. It's a small family business, and the owner is great to deal with:

seems good but you have to check if it bend when its fully open , mine can go 2.5 meters with a 500kg on the top without bending. you have to check also if he can provide you the bed with electric motor .

the track is too thin its for light use , dont go for it if you want to put a load on it and specially when you want to pull the flatbed more then 1 meter out of your trailer

No electric motor needed. Tray easily slides out on ball bearing rollers. The tray easily supports my 210 lb weight when extended. It is built of heavy aluminum. It's designed to carry heavy loads in RV pass through bays.
I've had it installed for a year or two now. I'll post pictures later.

The super track is probably the best one I have seen yet! Just ordered one. comes with 4 tracks and 8 rings. SWEET! BTW, the Super Track is for tie downs, Not for shelving. Or sliding shelves.
