I have seen these in Wal Mart, I am not overly impressed, Put a nitro in it, Forget it, the fuel will melt the plastic it's made out of and besides Harleys don't sound like a Angry 50 Pound Bumble Bees

The fuel wouldn't have time to melt the plastic since the gears wouldn't last long enough to warm up the engine.

Your guys are so funny!! LoL

Now I know why they say the average human only uses 8% of the brain in a lifetime.
I now have 2 post to be the living proof.

If humans did not have the ability to adapt we would still be hunting with rocks and sticks! I am glad there are atleast a few inventive people in the world to make it a better place.

The Harley frame could be easily replicated out of aluminum bar stock or magnesium...
given that you can weld or have someone weld it with a heliarc.

Gears - industial machinery has been using chains and sprockets the size of the Kyosho bike currently has for years- take a look at Grainger for this mod.

Think outside the box!!!

or if you prefer buy your stuff premade and live inside the box.

Tucson-
I like the way you think! I am actually halfway through building a custom chopper: I brazed up the fram using brake tubing. I made molds out of styrofoam and covered them with fiberglass for fenders and the tank, using a small 4 stroke w/belt drive looks good, still don't know if it will work! I am looking for info on trail for the front end any thoughts?

That looks great!! Killer job on the tank and fender.

What do you mean by the trail?

I like how you left plenty of room in the engine bay. From the size it looks like you can
use 1/8 MT Disc brake on the front wheel also or the rear.

Great job!
