I can drive around in 1st sounds like the RPMs are up there. just won't shift.. i have followed those directions still no go.. i have tryed playing with the adj screw notthing earther.. any suggetsions..

hmmmm go to your lhs and get a 20 t cluch bell and then it will shift..

how many tanks have you put tru it?

and is it whinning out at real high rpm's?

i have put 1 gallon through it..

as in whinning out at high rpm um don't think so..

have u adjusted ur tranny if u have adjust it back to stock and try the needles

maby need to re tune!! the trx 2.5 is kinda hard to tune.. if you take it to your LHS then they can tune it...

the LHS had it all day yesterday and couldn't fiq it out.. and they are the only ones that sell traxxas.. i tryed adjusting it my self.. but don't know the factory settings for it.. i even took it apart checked the gears they are all fine..

there is nothing in the manual that says about factory settings.. just how to adjust it. and i have done that..

and the ppl at ur lhs didnt think of it and they didnt think to call traxxas to ask them how to fix it either

nope.. i called them today and they told me to keep playing with that little screw.. but the problem is i go death when i do.. damn new exhaust pipe

jsut to make sure its not take the stock one put it on there if it shifts with that one on its ur new pipe if not re adjust every thing to stock then start all over again if its ur new one adjust the tranny and the needles
