i just got one of these off ebay with rechargeable batteries and charger for 26 bucks.
so far so good. i am enjoying it and it seems as fast as a buddies micro rs4. not quite but close.
the only problem i have is on linoleum it always spins out from a stop. i am getting better at the fishtail start but am after better tires. does anyone know anything aBOUt these? the tires are norrow. 3/8" mabye. also i already want a better motor. are there any sites that list motor dimensions? i think it may be a 180 but i'm not sure. i would rather measure to find out what fits. i am impressed by the look of the 911 body that i got too. all in all not bad for 26 bucks with shipping and insurance. i also got it in two days from cali to penna.

For $26.00 what exactly did you receive? I do realize you got a vehical, remote, rechargeable batteries and charger for the vehical. Could you explain the vehical itself? Is it a Heipo, Mini-Z knockoff? What about the steering and throttle, proportional? I dont think so but could you humor me?

Tony

here are some pics. the steering and throttle are proportional but not exactly smooth. range is limited at about 30-40 feet though. took it to my trip to florida and had a blast on the hotel carpet.
remember 26 bucks included shipping and insurance too.

The Mini-Z knock offs are fine if you don't ever plan on upgrading your r/c car. But, if you plan on doing any mod other then wheels I strongly suggest you get a Real Kyosho Mini-Z because the parts won't fit on the knock offs.
