im just curious because you said your working hard on marketing it but have done little testing, ie in other engines (where you can notice the performance difference) to see how well it works and perfect it. you could also tell if its doing engine damage by using it over and over in one engine instead of only using it a few times in your good car. im not saying it dosnt work because if its anything like your car it'll work well.just if you can prove it works good with testing people are more likely to buy it.

Its like this. We know the idea works. We know there is
not much available on this kind of product. We will market
the product only after all the testing, prototypes, evaluation,
more testing and numbers are all tallied. Anyone who knows
me, knows it wont be released tomorrow. Hopefully before
Christmas. I would never release anything before I think its
ready. The system on my car is like prototype 20 something.
Even the car itself has been rebuilt and parts remachined to
accommodate the project. My guitars were in R&D for over
three years before release. No way would I risk the rep of
my shop. So..... you will know when its available and you can
say you saw it here first

cant wait to see the system on many a car around the world making them haul a$$.

buggies your idea i can only half work out so if you could explain it in words or a better picture id like to here it.if that lip is the shape of the top of the piston it will not be able to compress as much at the top of the cylinder stroke and the exhaust port will open later as well as close earlier so the time for exhaust gasses to exit will reduce dramatically causing major problems. also the shape of the top of the piston would alter efficiency of engine. im not knocking your idea just giving a few design tips, good to know your thinking of new stuff tho

I did say for people with experience, but I think this convo is going pretty good, it lets people talk about it, and learn about it, so keep going.

in my rc magazine it shows that RB innovations is producing a real supercharger for rc cars!!!!! no joke it is made for small block engines and fits on most chassis. they are working on one for .21 though so sorry for most ppl with buggys... like me! it works on boats planes and helis to! the one offroad car it does fit though is the tmaxx. this is for real. i dont have any experience... im just the messanger boy

you see the Supra I posted in the Dream Cars Thread? Figure that one out but it looks a little more thought out than the other one.

Now that is a bad car there, It makes me want to buy a supra body
I just dont understand all the stuff inside, all the tubes and stuff, but keep in mind im really new.. mind explaining them to me ?

After I trash my lambo body Im going to paint it bright orange and use it for when im driving around in parking lots so people can see me :P
a supra is one on the to-buy list.. and a subaru, but im going to cut out the intake thing on the hood and make it real.. and redirect the air to the intake via tube or something ...

I guess on his car, thats a supercharger because I see no exhaust line to spool up a turbo. You may have figured it out now but when the air gets compressed it gets heated a little bit and so it then goes to the intercooler (kinda like a radiator for air) to cool it down before it goes to the intake.

You don't need to change the piston, you can have a diffrent piston sleeve and transfer ports with a lower exhaust port than intake port. I tried supercharging a motor-scooter, without any luck. The timing/porting is all wrong and it runs like crap.

Just to put in my opinion I think the Turbo/Superhcarger would be kool, but it would be for nothing but a high speed attempt at to warp space and time with a R/C. I think it would be too much extra stuff to fly off in a 40-50mph barrel role. Now nitrous on the other hand I could never see. Why not just take the methonal out and just run straight nitro to begin with. To give a motor a shot of nitrous is kinda weird. 90% of most motors dont run right until they get to a desired temp. To lower that temp with nitro would mean you motor runs at 300+ degrees to begin with. BUT it people said it works it works. I am too lazy to experiment.
