Status: online 		What has happend to the comments on the new Great Planes profile P-38. Surely many have been flown by now. I gave a report on my experience. I'm waiting for others to comment. I have since had another failure, probably in the air again but I am not fully certain. The two booms are surprisingly weak.

Status: offline 		The booms split! So much for that one as an option. If heard a few negatives on Great Planes and Hangar9 ARF strength. Seems the construction quality is second to cost.

Status: offline 		I'd like to know if any builders of the Great Planes Profile P-38 have considered making it electric. For such a small engine size (.15 it recommends), I'm sure you could install two Hacker brushless motors to provide more than enough power.

Has anyone tried this conversion? If so, what changes/modifications would be necessary? What equipment (motors, batteries, etc.) would you use?
