I just completely put my engine back together and am sure i tightened everything. After about 10 minutes, I noticed oil on my exhaust pipe again. How did it get there. Is there a small hole in my fuel line or is it coming from my carb?

is it on the pipe or on the header? if it is on the header, check your header gasket for a leak...

Blow through it like you would a straw or just replace it. While you are at it you might as well check the fuel tank and fuel cap for air leaks. The cap has an o-ring under it that can be tightened. Some of the older fuel tanks also have a primer which is known for air leaks--I guess that is probably one reason Traxxas replaced it on the latter T-Maxx 2.5s.

Just a suggestion clip off the zip ties on rubber coupler and install new zipties and cinch them down very tight
