is there any reason why a good quality motorcycle 2 stroke oil cannot be used in model glow fuels?

No.

Klotz two stroke engine racing oil is not manufactured for model engines. It is manufactured for full size racing engines. Klotz and many other synthetics are used for both full size and model engines.

Yes, there is a reason you may not be able to use motorcycle two stroke oil in glow fuel: Most petroleum based and synthetic oils will not mix with methanol! There are several manufacturers of oils that are suitable, Morgan and Klotz to name two.
