well, we need to go over to china and kick the builder in the head. I have been waiting since June for this plane. And there is no telling when we will get this thing. I hope this plane is worth the wait, and not hype.

Wayne how does this plane compair flying wise to a sledge or OMP .40 edge. Other than being bigger.

Here is the 107" Yak 54 with the DA100 mounted with stock mufflers and there is plenty of room for cannister mufflers. Hope you enjoy the pics.

Woha... I was awaiting the arrival of the 87", but hey now! Man I hope this materializes faster that the long awaited 50cc class, or is this (another?) year long tease in the works

The one I have flown had a Saito 1.00 in it. There was no mixing in the radio for rudder coupling because it didnt need it.
Flies Extremely light. The tail is very responsive.

You cant get me to say anything bad about the Sledge becuase I love mine but, this was more fun because of the size.
I also like the OMP a lot but dont have enough time on one to make a fair comparison.

Hey Roger,

I cant post the videos or pics till I get home this weekend.
We got a lot of stuff recorded today. Including a manuver that I am pretty sure most people have never seen before.
I could say more but it will be much better just to see it.

Karl and I had a blast today.
Chris, Kevin, Russ and Pugs made us feel right at home.

We will back at it for more tomorrow and Wednesday.

Good things come to those who wait. These planes look good and seem to fly great. I will patiently wait for my 68" Yak.

Wayne....

You should have stuck around for "Flying in the bowl!"

Chris and Russell flew the "Mini-3D" in the parking lot under street light conditions.....man-o-man what a blast.

That "Mini-3D" is a killer plane. Chris "Dropping into the bowl" in an inverted harrier was awesome....

Pugs

Yeah Wayne, we had a blast flying in the parking lot beside the shop. I forgot how much fun it is to fly at night and how much concentration it takes to fly in such a confined space. We were laughing so hard that it was difficult to concentrate. Here are a couple of photos flying "in the bowl" with the Mini 3D. We've got to get some video of this!

Wayne, Chris, PUGS, Karl:

I have that Saito 100 sitting around and need a report from you guys on which plane to put it on, 65" Extra, 68" YAK or the 60" profile?

When are these expected to be in?

Roger

68" Yak.

Wait till you see the pics of this thing. Your not going to believe the quality of how this thing was put together.
And, it flies as good as its big brother.

OK
I will set back and save some $$ and wait for the new home for the 100.
I supposed I could get on the waiting list?
What is the time frame?
Thanks Wayne

The new factory just sent 300 of the Mini3D's to the states. They got to California today!
They will be in Atlanta very soon.
The next plane in line is a .40 sized Edge profile. Awesome craftmanship on this plane as well. (I have pics.)
After that the 68" Yak and then the 28% Yak.
Other planes to follow in line...

Chris seems very pleased with this new factory.

HOOARY, this is good news Wayne! Im so eager to get the 28% Yak I can hardly stand it! I dont mind waiting until winter to get it, it will give me time to save up for good servos and maybe even pony up the bucks for a YS engine

regards

matt

Matt,

28% Yak and a YS engine?
Are you talking about the 68" Yak?

The 28% Yak needs a 50cc gasser.
