I recently purchased 6 of the 5645 digital servos for a Carden Extra. Well, 2 of them are not responsive to any stick input at all. They are brand new, out of the box, and do not seem to work. What do I need to do? My LHS does not seem to think it is their place to help me, where do I need to send the servos for testing, repair, or replacement? They came from Horizon Hobby, but through my LHS.

Status: offline 		If they are from your local hobby shop, return them and get your money back. It will not cost them a dime to return the servos and if the product is not satisfactory then it is their duty to correct the situation. If they are unresponsive to replacement you have no choice. On the next level, report them to the manufacturer as they are not a 'reputable' distributor.

Status: offline 		mikeholloman- It is very strange to have 2 servos DOA like that, but it is true that once an electronic item leaves the store it is the manufactures responsibilty. Since they are brand new you should contact our service manager Tony @ (858)748-6948 x 308 and he will get you taken care of right away.
