Well Now;
We have not been given enough info to solve the problem;
We will require data: what direction is the wind blowing from ? What is the density altitude ? What is the diameter and pitch of the threads ? Is the replacement bulb wood, compsoite or exotic material ? Are the pilots pattern, scale, heli or Free Flight ? Is the bulb inverted, 3D, knife edge or upright ? Is the task to be done before or after lunch ? Who is buying lunch ? Are we talking scratch, arc, or arf replacement bulb ? Is the circuit 2-cycle or 4-cycle, 10% nitro or kerosene ? Is this option in the AMA rule book ? How many safety officers are allowed to be present ? Does it require a waiver ? Does the supervisor have to be a degreed engineer ?
Meanwhile, if you need a quick answer, get your wife or the plumber to change it.
Aspirin anyone ? Sincerely Balsa 4 the Cat.

North.
12 degrees at 18,000 MSL or FL 180.
1/4-20.
Exotic Material.
Scale.
3D.
After.
You are.
Scratch.
2-cycle, 50% nitro.
No.
Five.
Yes.
Doctorate Degree.
Government working electrition.
Yes.

Now that we have looked at the data we will make a decision.

We need 5 officers, 1 degreed engineer, 1 pilot, 1 person to buy the fuel and build the circuit, 2 to build the bulb, 1 to get the waver, 2 to block the wind, 3 to make the threads.

We need a total of 16 people to change the stupid bulb.

Heck with the math !
Just use a Dynatron electric starter to unscrew and re-install.
