Nitroman, There is a little something I might suggest that you look at. Take a peek at your front Pivot balls. If you look closely on the back side of your front knuckles, they are recessed to allow the knuckles to turn during different stages of suspension compression (see picture). If the shaft part of your pivot ball is bent at all, it throws off the alignment and the knuckle will bind. I would suggest that you look closely at your pivot balls (both sides, top and bottom) to see if any of them are bent. Another good way to check and see if the pivot balls are your problem is to take off the front wheels and turn the knuckles all the way to either side. With the knuckles turned, compress either side of the suspension. If the balls are binding, your knuckles will try and return to center. This has happened to me with my PBS and all I did was remove the pivot ball from the arm and straighten it in a vice. One other thing to look at is where the front turnbuckle attaches to the steering slider. If the screw is backing out, when you make an abrubt turn, that screw can hit the bottom part of the top control arm. I have a little groove in my control arm grom this very thing happening. Good luck!
