HI Scott,

If I recall, I think Tim Johnson was flying your Bobcat. Flew well and that year we had amazing weather. HOpe you can make it. Sat usually is the busiest. From Tri Valley the trip to Rushford is about 1h 40 min.

Yeah I sold the Bobcat to Tim. At the time I was really burned out. Of course now I wish I had it back. I am currently not running. I was training for the Fargo marathon, when on March 7, I fell fifty feet down an elevator shaft at work, landing on my face. I have gotten to know what an OMFS does really well. I'm waiting for my Neurologist to give me the ok for exerting exercise. I would say I'm about 90 percent of normal now and about 80 percent of the shape I was in prior. All the time at home lately is probably contributing to my RC addiction again!
For some reason I thought Rushford was this side of Rochester. We will be there!

Just looking for a rough idea of who might be coming to the 4th Annual MN Jet Rally, held at Rushford, MN August 14-17th (Th-Sun)?
Beautiful N_S runway (3200'-smoothhhhhhhhhh) with a friendly low key atmosphere.

If you think you might head over, please just leave a note here! Just wanted to do a little planing for food and things.

We face East so from about 11 AM - sunset it is perfect. Am flying is great too! Approaches are form North or south so no sun issues there!

Hope you wil consider making th trip to a beautiful spot in SE Minnesota, Rushford Municiapl Airport, Aug 14-17, 2008.
Just looking for a rough idea of who might be coming to the 4th Annual MN Jet Rally, held at Rushford, MN August 14-17th (Th-Sun)?

Hi Kev,

Olivia is doing well, almost 20lbs. Looks so much different than when you last saw her, she is a toddler now and we are really enjoying it!

It would be great if you can make it down, there might even be a fueled, running KC on the runway looking for a pilot....

I have been thinking about renewing my Tri Valley membership but have not yet..it is rare that I can get there and I still have pretty good access to Rushford..

I am finishing a Yellow F22 right now and then will hope to get back to work on the A10. The new version has a few nice pieces that I am waiting to add-on from Roger.
I upgraded some things on the Hornet and plan to bring it to winamac, MVJS (In July this year) and Rushford this summer.

We going to see you flying again anytime ? You are always welcome down here at Marion or we can take a trip to Rushford for some wide open, NO BS flying.

Just another update for the MN jet rally in Rushford, MN Aug 14-17, 2008.

Things are getting lined up for August. We will have flying Thursday afternoon-Sunday. Room for camping and a fantastic runway.

There is no fee, no fuss. Food Friday and Sat Evening and sit around the fire and watch the Northern Lights.

Just wanted to remind everyone about the 4th Annual Minnesota Jet Rally (2008)

Third weekend in August: 8/14-17, 2008 Thursday - Sunday

This airport can be viewed at airnav.com, 55y. Beautiful place to fly with fantastic hosts at the Rushford airport.

A few places nearby: (although I have not stayed at any...) and there is plenty of room for camping/RV at the airport.

We have some hangar space for jets as well and plan on dinner Friday and Saturday night

Friday night we will have dinner in Rushford at Stumpy's
Saturday Night Dinner is supplied for Pilots
Flying will be Thursday AM- Sunday
