found these on the web and they are Sub-c and only $.25 each or 4 for a $1
? is are they worth a try?


Specs:
New Sub C Nicad Blowout (pkg of 4) - G14115
New sub C nicad battery features vinyl sleeve. These batteries do not have solder tabs. We are not sure of their amp hour rating but it is probably in the range of 1200 to 1500 mAh. Can be recharged over and over again! Made by Moltech Power Systems. Blowout internet price! G14115

I think most people aren't willing to risk their 500-2000$ aircraft on 0.50$ batteries from a little known manufacturer and unknown batteries.

Might be good for non-flight applications, though, such as rebuilding packs for cordless tools.....

I guess you get what you pay for.
But man you could have a lot of fun for a fiva with that lot. It would be almost worth while building a cheapie electric and using them for the drive only ( I wouldnt use them with a bec just in case ) In that way if one fails you will only have a dead stick.
