Status: offline 		I have 2 Accucycles. One works fine but the other only discharges the batteries about 20% of their capacity before starting the charging process.

For example, starting with a new fully charged 1000 mah pack, the bad cycler will only discharge 200 mah and then start charging. When I do the same pack on the good cycler it will discharge 950 mah and then start charging. This happens using the same pack with the same connectors. The problem is repeatable and occurs on different packs both 4 and 5 cell. All packs are nicads.

It doesn't look like there are any internal adjustments but maybe someone could point me toward a likely problem component to check.

Status: offline 		I'd just send it in to hobby services and let them fix it I did that once and they just sent me a new one, even tho I didn't have anything to show proof of purchase or date of same. Just told them what was wrong with it and they sent me a new one.
