John

You may have seen this or not, its from the Hobby Visoins Show in Las Vegas. Josh taped a short clip of Mark and the mini Ultimate. Mark flew his lil biplane many times prior to the weekend at Bennet field.

I would suggest its a great flying model. Mark mentioned he had done some R&D on perfecting its abilities...

I actually got to borrow Mark's airplane for a few weeks while he was away doing some flying in Florida...it flies great! It has a Hacker B20-15L geared, with the APC 11x3.8 slowfly prop, Thunder Power 3s 2100 LiPos, 30 amp ESC, Hitec Electron 6 Rx and 4 Hitec HS55 servos. Easy to hover, TONS of power with this set up (plane weighs less than 16 ounces with 32+ ounces of thrust at full throttle!).

Since its foam, its best flown slow with lots of harrier type flying, hovering, etc. The knife edge is incredible - high alpha knife edge hanging in the wind is AWESOME!

Youll have a lot of fun with it!
