Status: offline 		Do a google for ekranoplan and you will hit several good sites. And Revell of Germany markets a plastic model with decent three views.

Status: offline 		Forget Google, go to Copernic and download their Agent. It's the best search software I've ever seen.

For a 3-view, you bay have to buy Russia's Ekranoplans: The Caspian Sea Monster and Other Wig Craft

Also check out Designs Unlimited They have a couple R/C WIG's in either Kit or plans that look like they've got it figured out.

I'm in the preliminary stages of building a WIG based on the Minimax
Gotta do something with that 7.5HP Mercury sitting in the garage.

Don't use Copernic. It is spyware. If it only gobbles your bandwidth, you are lucky. I have seen it crash several of my client's computers. Nothing is free on the internet. You will pay for it eventually. Stick with Google.

Copernics fine, i got it, i've got spyware software, nothing showing. never crashed my pc.

It only "gobbles your bandwidth" when you happen to be searcing 17 different engines at the same time , I live far enough out in the sticks that dial up is the only option and I don't have a problem, IE is much worse at wasting bandwidth. If you are having a problem with computers crashing, I suggest you look elsewhere, Copernic isn't the problem. I've seen it run fine on everything from 98 to XP for years. Yeah, it's spyware, but do you really think Google doesn't keep track of what you search for?

After a bunch of research, I have decided to produce a set of AutoCAD Plans plans for the Flightship FS8.

Preliminary span will be 51 inches and 57 inches in length. Built up fuse, foam sheeted removable wings........looks like a good candidate for electric and LiPo's..........more to come.

Status: offline 		this whole wig thing is cool and i think i will try one. my plans right now are for it to be about 40 inches long with the wings being about 24 inches long and 12 inches wide. i plan to run it on 4 speed 480 moters. as soon as i get the plan drawn up i will post it.

I think the company is in a transition, there was some financial trouble a while back and it is/was being bought out by a new firm. The price for this model (FS-8)is about 800K...........

I have increased the span to 60 inches for the plan.

Plans should be available around January 1st......Span 60 inches, length 68-1/2...power electric w/ LiPo's.....
