Need some serious help.

I took the coolant head off the engine. Put it back on and broke a head screw in the block. How do I get the broken screw out without messing things up????

Very carefully drill it out with a smaller diameter drill. Then slowly run a correct size tap thru it making sure to frequently blow out the hole. Look at the bright side, if you mess it up its a great excuse to get a new engine

I have a new engine for it. Just want to get this one back together since it is still a fully functional engine to use in something else.

I have a Fantom .18 that I still not finished breaking in.

Hey study, let me know how you like that .18 in there. I hear they are toast if you get them too hot. What's the cheapest youve seen them and where. The LHS wants $180 USD for them. Thanks...

I paid 149 american for it at stormerhobbies.com

Need a good pipe now to really unleash the power. Lack of funds for a few months right now. I also need to replace some gears in the TMaxx. Had problems before I put engine in. So it is not because of the engine.

149 eh.. Thats decent price... I watched one go brand new in the can on ebay for 120 a couple weeks ago. Had some unfortunate circumstances at the time and couldnt afford it. What about the overheating problem, you heard anything about that? I mean I am a decent tuner so Im not to worried about it but occasionally I like to run her a lil lean and play for a bit!

The company has in the manual saying it is ok to run up to 360 degrees. That is not over heating. They say running anywhere between 260 - 360 is no big deal.

First time ever in a break in on any engine did I read in the instructions and it said - to run the engine wide open on first tanks. Do high speed runs.

Yeah! 1st tank run Wide Open high speed runs. It is ok to let it get in the 360 range. Also says Do NOT let it idle 1st few tanks or you won't get the power needed from the engine. Need to get the temps high imediately to get the piston and sleeve to expand right away.

Here's one for you. I notice it comes with the easy start. I am not a fan of the electric starts. Is there a bolt on pullstarter for it out yet?
