I hit stuff with my go-kart, and I bolted a steel plate in the front and I've hit a couple trees with it and it just skined them up. So I don't think having an aluminum bumper wouldn't damage stuff to much, T-maxx's are aluminum.

I've got an st-15. I think the most important thing to do to this truck if you get one is swap out that craptacular spur gear and replace it with a thunder tiger 46 tooth steel main gear ( # AD2454 ). You need a bearing with the right id for the shaft and od for the gear, but then you can toss the bushings away too.

What size bearing did you use with the spur gear? Make?

Was the spur gear $40, I saw that in the pic. Also, the ST-15 spur gear is a 45t and you replaced it with a 46t is that a problem?

That will just gear it down a tad. Probably won't notice it. I am going to order a Duratrax clutch bell today... Hope it fits.

Not sure but I would check to see if other brands will fit.

Nitro7, my dad told me to wait on getting the parts from you, I'll probably get the arms from you mid March.

Ok, here are all the parts you will need to do wide suspension. You will need to drill some holes in the rear a-arms to make the dogbones reach. Other than that it just about bolts on. If you have any questions just post something here.

    Front A-arms - LX2913
    Rear A-arms - LX2975
    Dogbones - LXd411
    Turnbuckles 72mm - LXJJ16
    Turnbuckles 52mm - LXJH80
    Shock Spacers - ??????

Remember i am still perfecting this so everything won't just fit perfectly...
