Don't know if this is what you're looking for but several years back RCM had plans for a Flying Witch. The ole gal (her body was a profile shape) sat on a broom and her cape was actually a Rogollo type wing. The magazine will probably still have plans for it.

RCM still has the plans. It is call "Vroom Hilda" designed by Art Johnson.

Plans and a link to the online RCM article were also posted in the SPAD Forum a while back to. You might try searching there first.

Turtle, nice option.
Because I living in Argentina this is a good option , because custom duties are at +/- 60 % of the bill of airplane items.
Where can I find plans to build a powered parachute, Who can sell?

I also live in Argentina (Mendoza) and a friend of me flies one witch in San Juan. I can contact you with, may be he can help you with some drawings or photos.
I also have flown this witch...

My friend is Juan Stancof.

Que sorpresa, mira mi hermano dentro de 1 mes va a San Juan y lo conoce a Stancof.
Saludos a los muchachos del Km 60 , ruta a San Juan , hace muchos años ibamos a volar alla.
Soy de San Juan.
Saludos a todos , en especial a Don Arria, tambien estaban padre y hermanos Ronco que tenian un taller de rectificacion, otros que trabajaban en el casino y tenia casa de aeromodelismo que se llamaba Pucara (creo) , esto hace mas de 15 años que te estoy hablando, a nosotros no nos daba mas que para andar ayudando.Tengo mala memoria para los nombres pero de las caras no me olvido
