Thanks for the compliment Grant.... Yes, I do all my building in there. It can get pretty messy then. Every once in a while, I sand the benchtops and recoat with clear polyurethane.

Lots of very nice shops.
This is mine, a bit messy, but I spend a lot of time out there. Its a three car garage, that we normally only park one car in (the wifes) and I take over the rest.
65,000 btu low profile natural gas heater, 22,000 btu Air Conditioner, digital thermostat (climate control), pull down ladder to the attic for additional storage, and satelite TV. I had a nice TV out there, but the dust and dirt is just too tough on them. I stick with el' cheapos now as they only last a few years.
I keep most of my nicer planes in my den away from the dust, dirt and overspray (nearly all of my planes are painted), I recently added some gladiator racking systems to hold the planes that works nice.

Here are a few pictures of my workshop. It is a 10 x 10 shed I bought from Home Depot. My awesome wife decided for me that it was time that I should move from the garage. We just bought our first house and thought it would be a great addition to our property. I ran some power under the ground and installed a couple power outlets inside. Also it comes complete with a computer with wireless internet and a 13 in TV with rabbit ears. I still need to paint the outside and do a few things inside to get it 100% done. A workshop is never 100% finished cause there's always room for one more plane , tool , kit , computer , flat screen TV , beer fridge , AC unit , toy hauler.
It never ends ,

That's a nice setup mkhav3. My shop is in a garage attached to the house and the saw dust makes it's way inside. A wife who unstands our hobby is as good as a Top Gun Trophy.....

I worked in a very tiny utility room at the end of carport for years but now have converted a rental house into a building house. I like the room an freedom from a nagging wife, I am down the road about 2 miles, wow, talk about freedom. It is almost like having a party every afternoon with all that building, cool beer, and freedom. If planned out properlly you could build in a small closet quite happily.
