hi...

when im start up my car it would start moving along fine but after a while (15 secondes ) as i touch the throttle it just cuts out

also i can see air bubbles in the fuel line popping up from the carberetter ... does this mean i have a air leak???

It might mean that you have a bad gloe plug also. I've never had air leaks so Im not sure what the that caus's the engine to do. Check the glow plug and see if thats the problem

When starting your car it is always a good idea to take off as soon as you start it... at least that's the way it works best for me...
Your idle might be set a little low too?
Are you at the right rich/lean?

I had the same problem but I set all my stuff right and when I first start the car I take off ... but then I can come back and let it idle .. and it works just fine
Also dont let it idle too long, fuel builds up and when you start to take off it bogs down

If your car idles fine when you remove the igniter, you plug is good. When you blip the throttle while the car is moving and your engine cut off, then HSN is 1) too lean if there are no smoke at high speed and you have hesitation/stalling during acceleration OR 2) too rich if sluggish acceleration with blue smoke

You can also read your glow plug to see which HSN to try (i.e. too rich or lean). Running rich: (Wire : Wet) (Bottom : Wet) (Color : Shiny) (Shape : Normal). Too lean: (Wire : Dry) (Bottom : Dry) (Color : Dark Gray) (Shape : Deformed)

Adjust the needles 1/8 at a time. Make sure you take it for a spin and re-adjust where necessary. Also, make sure that you "warm up" the engine before running to lube the engine's internal properly.

If your car idles fine, your LSN "should" be set. Sometimes (and many times in my case), the HSN setting affects the LSN. In your case, seems that the HSN is needed to be set first.
