Your standard charger should be a 50ma charger.
You need to harge for about 125% minumum.
so your answer is 1200*1.25/50
A 30 hour charge is what you need.

Do yourself a favor and get a peak charger. This way your battery is not under charger, OR overcharged. (Which can lead to battery damage and less life). You can get one for around 30.00 or 40.00 Maybe even less if you can find a deal.

Here is a link to the one I have: http://www.ehobbies.com/rc-dyn-4036.html
A dynomite prophet plus. It has selectable charge rates, its a peak charger, and can test you battery under a load (the only true way).

Good Luck.

Ozzy, The charger you pointed out is a quick charger. It only charges at 1, 2 or 4 amps. That as I am sure you know is 1000, 2000, or 4000 milliamps. You would charge a 1200 mah pack in about an hour or so at the lowest setting. This is not the way to charge a battery for the long haul. I know this is a can of worms but to each his own. I'm an airplane guy..I wouldn't quick charge. Most car guys do.
