It is all opinion. I have both and like the PBS better. A lot of people will tell you it does not hold setup well. That is false from what i experienced.

Mugen's have a pillow ball suspension and it hold fines. I have a Hyper 7 PBS and it holds.

I have heard that the c-hub is better for tight tracks and pbs is better for a open track..I have a R2 Mbx-5 and 2 Hyper 7's a Pro and RTR. I haven't run the C-hubs yet but the pbs is a constant adjustment to keep it from having to much slop. I am in no way bashing pbs, I don't have enough exp. with the c-hubs yet, but it look like it turns sharper..The Pbs is a lot easier to adjust caster I do know that.Changing c-hub blocks is more of a pain than moving those little clips on the Pbs........ANY other pros or cons let me know....Thanks
