Re the 337 cockpit and panel - we are installing (parts of) the scale Cessna 182 cockpit from Top Flite in our demo model. The seats are fine, the cockpit floor also with small adjustments, and the actual instrument panel with small cutouts in the lower corners. You can also use the lower half of the door panels. With the TF 182 panel as a template,we are right now having made a custom 337 panel from our new supplier Propagteam. Enclosed you can see another Cessna panel (172R) which shows their extremely nice work!

Unless that panel has a pretty serve curve in it, it will not fit the 337 in the proper manner.
When is the cockpit for the 337 expected to be available and how much. Will KMP have it? How far back into the cabin will it go and does it hav seats?

Tons of pics of Skymasters here, including lots of cockpit photos: http://www.skymaster.com/
Just go to "Skymasters for sale", and then hit the individual links.

The panel on the picture is for Cessna 172 Skyhawk and just an example of these panels . The panel for 337 is as you said much more rounded on the topline and generally different. We are using good documentation to get every detail correct for the Skymaster panel. When it's ready I'll post a pic.

Hi guys,
I own a full scale skymaster 337H. I read your comments on 337 and wish to buy the KMP ARF 337 Skymaster you mentioned for my Grand-son. I have built R/C models and ultra light aircraft and flown all of them. I have piloted many full scale ships up to the L-39 Russian fighter, over the last 50 years. Any help you guys can give finding the KMP 337 would be appreciated. Thank you, Dale Campbell

If anyone has a question on the full scale, I would be glad to answer. She flies like a dream. My ship is non pressure 337H the last model built. If you go to www.337skymaster.org you can see my ship on the front page #337DC tail number.

I just recieved my 337 yesterday. Did not start it yet. I did notice that the seam at the top of the tail boom needs to be trimmed & the seam also came apart in shippment. You can get your finger nail between 2 halves on tail boom on top. I need to know how to repair this seam. Dale Campbell

Your problem is not unusual. To fix, get some lightweight fiberglass and epoxy. Cut a piece of glass for area and epoxy it in. Hold together until throughly dry. You will have to do what I did on the seams. Sand and paint or use striping tape to cover.

I am looking for a ARTF highwing pusher in the same scale than KPM 337 for a research RC UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) project.

I was wondering is the KPM 337 is a good choice for it with modified pusher only configuration.

I´d much appreciate your advice and help.

Many thanks.
