Status: offline 		I bought some Nimh 14 cell GP3300 battery packs for my LOGO 10 from Steve at Robotic Power solution.

After a while when using one specific pack the motor cut out in flight. As it only happened with this one pack I sent it to Steve to look at. He checked it on the bench tested it for a couple of days and stated there was nothing wrong with it.
Nevertheless I was not comfortable using the same pack again so I ask him if he could exchange it for me and I would be prepared to pay the difference in price for a new pack and the shipping costs.

Well, he sent me a totally NEW matched cell pack WITHOUT CHARGING ME A DIME, no questions asked.

That's what I call "CUSTOMER SERVICE" Thanks very much Steve. Even nicer that it happened just around Christmas time. I just wanted to share this with everyone because this doesn't happen often enough with vendors and when it does, it is very much appreciated.

Status: offline 		That's great to hear. I just ordered the Apache 1500 smart charger for Li-pos from them. They appear pretty knowledgeable just from their website, but I like to hear actual experiences from others.
