I bought two of these over the internet. They seem like a good product and not expensive. I found they won't work for what I need. I have tried to get a hold of them via email and phone and have not heard back anything. Are they still in business? I see their ads in the model magazines. Has any one else out there had dealings with them?

I was just about to order one of the liltricklers myself. You said it doesn't do what you want it to do, can you please explain? I'm looking for something to keep multiple batterys up to snuff after being charged. What is your experience and opinion on this product, and why won't it work for you?

I sent them an email and it took them months to respond. They told me that my Email had been involved in a system crash hence the long response time.....now I wonder if it was true. None of my questions were all that important so I never tried calling. I am very happy with the unit as I use it to keep my two planes ready to go at a moments notice....you never know when the spirit will move ya!

Jrjohn,

Here are the two items I had them clarify after using the Lil trickler;

1. It is normal that when the trickler is in trickle mode with only one charger plugged in the indicator light on the unit will be very dim if you can see it at all. It seems that the higher the wattage of the combined chargers the brighter the light gets. Plug in another plane and it will get brighter. At first I thought something was wrong as that seemed odd.

2. The sum of the chargers installed cannot exceed 20 watts. Unfortunately my flight box charger is quite old and is rated at 15 watts by itself. One of these days I need to get something else to handle that separately.

Guys, the standard for trickle chargers is the TME auto trickle adapter. From what I understand, over 100,000 of these units have been sold worldwide for over 10 years.

Up to 30 standard wall chargers can be plugged into unit through the use of 6 outlet strips.

The trickle adapters pulse the charge rate. 1/4 pulse on, 3/4 pulse off. When the unit is charging, it charges for 16 hours.

They also make a newer unit called a ChargeMinder. Same unit, but with an adjustable charge time, from 3 hours to 16 hours.

TME (Tejera Micro Engineering) is owned by a close friend of mine, Albert Tejera.
