Hey, is there anyone out there from NC? Possibly the Charlotte Area? I am new to the RC scene and have had no luck with finding a good place to go to see some RCs. Thanks!

You might want to look at racing the The Grove in Rock Hill, SC and there is also another track in York. You can also look in www.radiocontrollednation.com

Contact the Hobby Stop in York. I am up in the Hickory area but those guys down there seem to be a decent bunch. If you come up to Hickory Airborne Hobbies has an outdoor dirt track. In the warmer months he holds organized races.

Check http://www.insidelineperformance.com it is a really good track in Goldsboro. I don't know the tel# but a guy named Gary runs a really good race.

Lots of guys from charlotte area. On www.sgrid.com, they have a charlotte area track thread. I can't remember all of them but within a two hour drive, there are easily 10 tracks. Some really good ones as well.
