hi ppls
i was planing on getting a storm pro for the price and because i already have spares from my storm.

but know i am leaning towards the k2 or k3.

i was wondering how much better the k3 is than the k2 and if it is worth the money. i now the k3 has lsd in front and rear is this a good thing what is the benifits.

thanks

the kanai 2 and 3 are the same thing. the kanai 3 comes with a milled out chassi and both 20 degree and 22 degree caster's for front and some collor variences. but ass far as everything else its the same. I'm not sure off the diffs though if it comes with reg or tcd's but I always use regs. As far as price there the same price at towerhobbies.com i believer or 50$ diff. If i was going to buy one of the 2 id get a k3 just because of the milled chassi.

If I'm wrong please correct me but this is what i read out of a magazine and from the manuel.

Shocks (bodys and shafts) are 2mm longer and there are about 50% titanium screws to lighten it. As mentioned before the chassis is milled.......Adamshowtime did we miss anything?

I think only the rear shocks are 2mm longer and I think it only comes with one "kanai" diff as opposed to the K2 which comes wiht two. I recently went through this same decision process as I switched form an MBX5 to a Kanai. I decided to got with a K2 b/c it was easier to get and I got a great deal on it. Figured I could upgrade to K3 parts if all the "early adopters" were having success with the K3. Also thought about getting a K3 half way through the season and using the K2 as a back up/parts car.

thanks guys i have decided on a k3 i was also considering the mbx-5 but i thought that i might as well spend the extra money on something that is the best that way i can just upgrade it when i need to.
