ok bought some new alloy wheels the other day but err how in gods name do you glue alloy to rubber lol
super glue wont stick to metal and iv tried some groovy chemical glue that comes in 2 tubes and bonds when u mix em up.. didnt really work so err how on earth do you glue em.. lol anyone with metal wheels?

I don't know what kind of super glue you are using. I have never had a problem gluing metal with super glue. You just need to prep both materials properly.

Are you using CA glue?..Look for it at towerhobbies.com or ask your LHS..

try to clean the area rreally really good. with some rubbing alcohol. then try. there might be some light oil on the rim still to prevent rusting. dont know juss an idea the screws at home depot are like that so yea give it a try

Alloy is a non ferros metal it do,se not rust as such... ordinary paint will not stick to a non ferros metal you have to use an etich primer first. So using an Etich primer first is my surgetion..
I to have thourght about buying some alloy rims for my 1/10 tourer but I have found foamys to be better..
