He is speaking of 20% nitro in the fuel. You can buy fuel in several different percentages of nitro. 20% seems to be the most popular. As far as the TC3 goes, I have a Yokomo GT4 Pro that is awesome, but is tough to find parts for at hobby shops. So, I just bought a TC3 from a forum member because almost every hobby shop in my area has parts for them. That is a big thing when buying any r/c car. For instance today, I was running my GT4 and it spit a dogbone, which I never found. So, I had to order a set. No big deal, but I just cant go to a local shop and pick one up. I dont have the TC3 yet, but cant wait to play with it when I do.

No reason why you shouldn't get it, it's a great car! I used to race an RS4 2 and spent loads on it to get it competitive but then bought the ntc3 and it's competitive straight out the box, if you are a learner though you should probably invest in the rpm front bumper as the standard one is a bit brittle. Only one annoying thing about this car is the screws which have a tendency to strip out the heads - very small allen keys, I'm in the process of replacing with philips screws or look into titanium screws possibly?

I would recommend the NTC3. It is great for beginners as well as seasoned pros. Have fun!

On a side note: Please do not type in all CAPS, in a forum it is considered yelling and is rude. Thanks.

i have only broken my front bumper, it snaps with not much force at all. i agree , buying an after market screw kit from rcscrewz or something like that would ease a lot of the pain in the ass as the allen head slots are way smaller then they had to be.

was the most irritating part of putting it together.

thye RS4 Evo wil be faster out of the box than the NTC RTR, but the NTC3 RTR will handle better, and is a better built car.

I've been considering picking up a TC3, but I'm seeing it requires two "fixes" first a set of screws from rcscrewz for 20 dollars. And a set of screws to fix the differintial case breakage problem, which is another 20 dollars. That brings the cost of the kit to 300, same as a Team Magic G4. If I wanted this for bashing and the occasional race, which would you guys recommend? I see that the TC3 is shaft driven, so I wonder how much more bash friendly thats gonna be as opposed to belts.
