I have a Tower Hobbies servo that I think was made by Hitec. It's a TS-35 mini hitorque. I decided to set up the plane it was in on a my new TX so I could take advantage of it's programming capabilities. While setting it up I noticed the rudder would slowly wiggle from time to time like it was trying to find center. I watched it for a while and it wiggles ever so slightly nearly all the time. None of the other servos do this. I swapped rudder with elevator and the same servo continued to hunt. It's very little movement, I'd say less than one degree on the output arm but all other servos are dead solid. I thought it might be a dirty pot around neutral so I switched it to the throttle and positioned it off center. It still hunted.
Can you give me an idea what might be wrong? I'm going to pull it out of the plane and send it in to Tower but I'd like to get an idea of what is happening to cause this.
Thanks,,,basmntdweller

If it wasn't made by Hitec, I wouldn't mind if you answered anyway
I know it wasn't made by Fut.

It's hard to say. I would send it in to have it checked out.

Mike.
