Status: offline 		hello all, will and open header (about 6 to 8 inches long) hurt a zenoah engine? i know it will be loud but i don't have close neighbors. besides their race cars are louder.

Status: offline 		I wouldn't run it without muffler. I guess with no muffler the engine revs up to high and will scream very loud.

Status: offline 		You're going to loose some serious HP by taking the tuned pipe off.
It will be hard to start with no back preassure & hard to tune.
One way you may be able to do it is if you run the header down to about a 16mm outlet.
Just give it a go & see. You won't do any damage to the motor, but you may tear your hair out!
