Did you check Herr Engineering. I think they have a float plane.

It would probably very easy to convert a wingo or one of those other spd400 float planes. I stuck an AP.09 on a foxbat and it worked great, you just need to protect the foam from fuel.

I just had an idea...I am going to make some floats for my Herr bipe out of foam and give it a try. Hope the .074 has enuff power.
