I am flying Gremlins with both the MVVS .21 and the MVVS .26 as well as one with a Norvel .25. All of them are set up nearly identical (fuel tanks are set up identical). I have problems with the two MVVS engines. They run great and are tuned to perfection, but I get foaming problems and i think it has to do with the vibrations from the high performance engines. What can I do to reduce this problem. I am using fairly rigid closed-cell foam to encapsulate/isolate the tank. Is the latex foam better for vibration resistance? Or should I just get some of the fancy bladder tanks? They look kinda like a pain. Anyone have any experience that they can share?

Regards,

Jeff

Use Armorall.Keep putting a few drops at a time in your fuel and shake, when it stops foaming you can stop addin it.

Try one of those sintered bronze filter/clunks. OS makes one called a bubbleless clunk. Dubro makes one too.

Added about 7 minutes to my flight time. Runs great till it runs dry.
