I chose the Saito 91-Saito because of quality-figured any company that only built 4 strokes has to be on the cutting edge to survive-talked to Mike at Funaero and 91 is more than enough power, scale flying at 1/2 throttle, takeoff at 2/3 throttle. Built a in cowl straight pipe for muffler, really has a neat sound and not that much louder, not that stopped up tone that you get with muffler-cut stock nipple in half, brazed 90 degree copper fitting to nipple, and brass pipe out bottom of cowl. Would not be too hard to just run brass pipe up and out by mock engine just like the original, but wanted to keep fuel and oil off plane. You will enjoy building the kit - it is top notch. Just a few little glitches between drawings and instructions but parts fit is great. Flipstart
