    Yeah Ryan this one is real sweet, I wasen't too sure at first on how it was going to look because of the web site's crudy pics, but I took my reps word for it and I am happy. Hey and Thanks again for your help Ryan!

    You guys should no I built my 330L in 4 days and on the 5th day did the maiden flight. Piece o cake

    I have a question about hinging the rudder and elevator halves.

    I have been reviewing the manual on the 2.6 m Extra 330 L and the manual is not very detailed about the hinging of these parts. In particular I need to know how the steel pin is anchored in place. I fully understand that the pin is supposed to be slid into the control surfaces when they are in place, what I don't know is how to keep them there.

    I thought about bending an "L" onto the ends after I put them in place but I was hoping there was a better looking solution.

    Well thats about all you can do is bend a little L at the end and dab a little silicone or equivelent

    Reasons not to use epoxy is for maintenence reasons but thats all

    I like the Epoxy idea, exactly how did you epoxy the pin without getting the epoxy on the pin bearings?
