Status: offline 		I just recieved my Jett F.I.R.E. .35, the non-R/C version. What a beauty! I'm anxiously awaiting some warmer weather to run it. I'm going to use it in a C Gas Playboy for SAM competetion, so I have to run it open exhaust (or with a non-tuned muffler). What kind of RPMs should I expect on a 9X6 or a 10X5?

Thanks for writing....... and sorry for the delay....

Off hand, I do not have RPM numbers for open exhaust.

Something to consider.....
If you can use a non-tuned muffler, Jett offers their Lite-Jett mufflers for the 30 and 40 size engines (60 size soon).

I have not placed a photo of these on the web site yet, but you can find them on Rich Olivers web site in the CL engine section. go to us-aero.com

The RE version looks like a simple pipe header. It has internals. Pictures attached. Not considered to be a tune exhaust.
Let me see if I can find out more about the open exhaust RPM.
