Well i'm into the building of this plane finally Seems to go together pretty good so far. Now i'm stuck on were to mount my lipo battery. I know this plane isnt a big seller anymore and is hard to find now but maybe there is one of you out there that owns this plane already setup that could maybe posta few picture of were you have the electronics in this plane. WOuld be a big help and ease alot of my frustrations lately the manul really doesnt give a good description of location or mounting of electronics.. out of my frustration i had to stop till i can figure out were to mount the battery and need to get some extentions for the rear servos to reach the RX.

And according to the Manual the cowl and the top turtle deck and battery cover under the plane is all held on with cellophane tape is this right and the cockpit??

Well I got tired of waiting for a reply on pictures of setups so today i sat down and figured out a way to mount my battery built a mount for it basically and mounted it under the battery hatch and my CG is right on. well maybe a littel back from the 87 mm Sugessted in the manual more like 90 or 91 mm but seems to be perfect. Should fly real good with the powerful motor and ESC in it. Just need some servo wire extensions for the rudder and elevator. and then were ready to go.

Had to to some modifications to the landing gear for the wheel pants had to grind them out quite a bit to get it to roll. Still wouldnt mind seeing some other setup of this plane seems no one wants to take pictures of the interior setup of planes. i think that is the most important part really. even inthe build threads and reviews there are hardly ever pictures of the full electronics setup battery location ect. Really seems strange are people ashamed of there setups or is it some top secret controversy.

Even in the manuals for alot of arf planes that is left out just a vague diagram of were the components go. In a kit i would expect this but not in arf and well PNP planes and rtf there isnt a problem. cause everything is done.

Well anyhow getting closer. Still a few details to work out and then she will be RTF.

Well maiden flight whent well till i tried to land and the motor mount broke and the landing gear took a dump. So back to the drawing board other then that it flys excellent great little plane... Very fast and nibble little plane. but the Cowling is toast so i odered one from a different Fliton plane PRODIGY COWL. Hope i dont bust this one up. but going to have to rebuild a motor mount from scatch Should have gotten the other landing gear while i was at it that will be next.. but the cowling should be interesting.
