hello, like reading evrything, but i got a question, i got a futaba reviever 7 channel(B-1-2-3-4-5-6-7) and there was no manual, so i dont know which numbers on the revievers go to which servos, i have a hanger 9 twist and it has duel alerior servos so i am confused on how to get both serovs for alerion into the reciever. I was wondering if any of you could tell me which numbers go to wich servos....i tryed to ask futaba but they said they didnt have any manuals on hand, o well, thanks for the help

I'm buying 6 to 10g OEM servos off ebay for about $8.00 each! I plug em into an 8ch receiver and run them through a sweep test for approximately 15 minutes. If there going to fail it's usualy going to be within the first 5 minutes. I Havn't lost one yet! (Cant say the same for the gws PICO's). Their nice and warm to the touch when all is said and done and if any are noisy they get demoted to rudder duty.

I don't care how cheap they are, have enough trouble keeping my Airtronics, Futaba, Hitec, and Hitec Micro servo arms separate (assuming the Towerpro's use their own "standard" .

Ok,
So, those of you who actually ARE using these little TowerPro servos. How do you like them?
Speed-wise, are they slower compared to some of the other "name brand" servos?
Are the splins for the servo arms different then say...hitec/fma?

I've heard that the "dragonfly" micro servos are pretty slow.....so I won't go there..

So, realistically...if they work as well as HS-55's....... you can have 4 of them go bad in a 10 pack and still be paying less (and have spare gearsets/electronics from the toasted ones whichever goes on em).

I mean...after all...I'm planning flying them on a 75 cent hunk of foam anyway....

Looking for actual experience with the TOWERPROs....thanks.
