It is a R/C car, four wheels, no real body, the wheels are on a frame-link structure. To turn, say left, the front-right tire would just flip over, and the car would take off. There wasn't any real normal turning motion. I don't have too much more info other than that, but any help would be great. Thanks.

check out Toys R Us or Radio Shack, they were always good for these kind of rc cars
