Looks like the space shuttle training cockpit to me. The G4 that is configured to fly the the shuttle.

Kind of but it is not a G4! That is actually a G2 that has been modified. I think the military designation is the C-11/VC-11. NASA simply refers to it as the STA (Shuttle Training Aircraft). I believe a G4 has an all glass cockpit using EICAS intsead of those old LED bar gauges. Gulfstream........Boooooooooooooooo!

Thats right guys, It is the Shuttle training aircraft, a modified Gulfstream G-II. The aircraft is fitted with cascading reversers that can be deployed in flight, plus the main gear can be lowered at high altitude to allow the aircraft to do extreme vertical decents to simulate the Shuttle approach from altitude to touchdown. I took these pictures at Ellington Airforce bace in Houston Texas.
