Seeing as though the Scat cat is a constant chord wing with no sweek, going 25 to 30% back on the wing would be a good start. E.G., if your chord is 10", measure back 2.5 to 3 inches back and place your CG there. Start with 25% and walk it back if you feel it is nose heavy.

According to the instructions, it balances on the center of the spar in the bottom of the wing, roughly where the landing gear attaches. You could go plus or minus 1/8" to suit your flying style. Be sure to balance it upside down.
