Found both issues. :D Nov and Dec 1939 Model Airplane News. I'm experimenting with scanning plans in from the old issues now. Mixed results so far.. the plans themselves scan well as line-art. The text is having problems due to yellowing of the pages... This set of plans... you need the text.

Anyone have one of these? I got one a few months ago after the wing seperated. I'm working on "restoring" it. I got the crash damaged fixed, but it needs some MAJOR work. It'll be a great plane to have once it's done. It's not everyday you have an airplane that is older than you are...

I'll take a picture of it. I'm not sure when it'll be developed, or finished though! There is a guy in my club that has 2 old planes. One is a powerhouse, and the other looks like it, but is a bit different. I'll get some pictures of his too.

If you need the plans... I think I've got them. they were printed as a 2-part series when originally published. I've found 1 of the issues with half the plans... I think I've got the other also. Scanner works. :)
