It looks that way to me man...

The .61 is $159.00....the .77 is $179.00....etc, et al

I'm almost certain that it's no less than a $20.00 increase and I scope the Morris
site often.

???

even though i've never seen an MVVS i get the feeling they make awesome engines due to all the positive feedbaback here on RCU.
so much so that i've even ordered an MVVS .15+rear exhaust tuned silencer through DarZeelon for a combo price of about $80. might seem pricey to you guys but over here that is a STEAL and about the same price as a POS OS LA!
i also get rear exhaust which is something i've been wanting in a .15 size engine for quite some time.
once i get it and run it i'll let the rc world know how it is

MVVS is the only engine I am running now. The spares are cheap to buy if needed, the fuel cost is so low (i run on 0% nitro) and the engines develop a lot of power once broken in.

Best bang for the buck!!!

Prices are up a bit because the US dollar is down.

Hmm, you guys got me checking MVVS out. You just don't hear about them that often. I was reading up on the .40 . I hear things like "instant acceleration", and rpm figures that resemble .46's. It also appears that it's pretty light. Sounds too good to be true. Can anyone chime in on this engine? How about fuel economy?

I am the Canadian importer/distrubutor. I have not run the .40, but have the .49 and .91 on planes of my own. Both of these engines pull harder and throttle better than the OS engines that they replaced IMHO.

Build quality on these engines is awesome too.

Ive got an MVVSZ 61 on a tuned pipe that is also a great engine, throttles so fast. I did have one dodgy one before then, but i got replaced free of charge.

The large MVVS engines have increased $20.00 . They are now $179.95 for the 77.
I think they've made some design changes though. I know they've changed the
carb and the web site says the crankshaft is different also. There might be more
as the picture on Morris Hobbies web site looks different than my engines. Probably
made a good engine even better.
Mine are a couple of years old.

Luke 3D,

The .91 is a drop in replacement for the .61, same size and lighter

Just in case you need insane power
